If you like to play cash games, the only place to play is at the World Poker Exchange. They offer 100% rakeback. I have given up all other sites in exchange for this one. It has all the bells and whistles that the bigger sites have.
Your rake for the week, including tourney fees, is deposited back into your account every Monday. You just can't beat this offer. I play at the .10/.25 NLHE tables and last Monday I got $34 back, this coming Monday I am expecting another $45. :)
The only down side I can think of is that they don't offer a very big first time deposit bonus. I believe I got 20% which isn't very much, but it was an instant bonus.
